A house for a family of four, intended to accommodate also the future families of two kids. The main apartment is on the ground floor. The ones for the future families are above it. In order the apartments to have the same characteristics, they have the same layouts but mirrored along the central axis of the building. They are arranged on two storeys with their own internal stairs.
The second version of the façade shows the house with stone masonry and wood bracing, called “santrachi” – characteristic for the Bulgarian traditional architecture.
