The client wanted an American-style house – a large two-storey house with a double garage. The steep terrain and the extended brief led to a three-storey façade at the back with an articulated staircase. They were heartily welcomed by the client.

The construction was interrupted after the erection of the first storey due to the Global economic crisis. The project is discontinued.
